Renovata welcomes new Partner, marketing specialist Kate Harrison

Renovata is delighted to announce the appointment of Kate Harrison, who joins the London office as a Partner.

After graduating with a First Class Honours BA in Business from Nottingham Business School, Kate spent the first half of her career in top-ranked global advertising agencies. She progressed to Executive Board level at Leo Burnett London, running a 75-strong client service department for clients like P&G, Mars and Fiat, and claims shared credits for the world’s first mainstream TV commercial to be shot on a mobile phone.

Kate says that the privilege of being an influencer in the recruitment, development and retention of top talent in her own organisation is what led her into executive search.   She became a Partner in The Talent Business, a global search firm specialising in leaders for creative businesses, and spent a decade resourcing leading brand owners and agencies.
