Stamps.com Announces Definitive Agreement to Acquire MetaPack
BusinessWire reports on Nasdaq-quoted Stamps.com’s announcement of an agreement to buy UK-based Metapack for around $230M. E-commerce is a path well travelled, and marketing to consumers on both sides of the Atlantic is a scientific discipline.
